Tottenham have lost midfielder Sandro for three months due to injury.
Sandro faces at least three months on the sidelines after undergoing knee surgery on Friday.
The Brazilian international was forced out of his country's Copa America campaign by injury on Tuesday, and scans subsequently revealed he had torn his lateral meniscus.
After travelling back to England, Sandro underwent surgery on his left knee in London on Friday night, according to Tottenham's official website.
And he now faces three months of rehab before he can return to training.
