Tottenham are launching a bid for Porto striker Hulk.
The Daily Mail says Tottenham are closely considering their striking options. In recent weeks every striker of substance from Dani Osvaldo at Espanyol to Edinson Cavani at Napoli has drawn their attention.
Manchester City are big fans of the Brazilian, as are Manchester United, and the departure of Porto coach Andre Villas-Boas is likely to signal a Chelsea move for Radamel Falcao, while 24-year-old Hulk is also ready to leave.
His buy-out clause is ridiculous at around £87m but his wages are reasonably low by Premier League standards and that will encourage Tottenham to put a package together to try and tempt Porto while City and United continue to discuss other targets.
