Tottenham are believed to be close to completing a deal for West Ham United midfielder Scott Parker.
The England international has been linked with a move away from Upton Park ever since the Hammers were relegated to the Championship at the end of last season and it seems highly likely that he will land at White Hart Lane according to skysports.com.
Spurs offered young midfielder Jake Livermore to West Ham but the 21-year old rejected the move which looked to put a strain on the proposed deal.
But fresh reports suggest that Spurs and the Hammers have come to an agreement and Parker will join prior to the transfer deadline tomorrow night.
