Tottenham are interested in Blackpool midfielder Charlie Adam.

The Daily Mail says Tottenham scout Ian Broomfield watched Adam against Liverpool on Wednesday, but Blackpool boss Ian Holloway, who signed the midfielder for £500,000 from Rangers 18 months ago, is calling on his player to stay loyal.

Holloway said: "What I don't want him doing now is not thinking about us and his team-mates.

"You don't know what he is being told behind the scenes."
