Tottenham are competing with Sevilla for Santos starlet Neilton.

The Daily Mail says Santos may consider taking a 10 per cent sell-on clause as payment for young winger Neilton who is wanted by Tottenham.

Sevilla have offered £600,000 for the 19-year-old who is out of contract in the summer but Santos believe a sell-on may prove better business if Tottenham agree.
