Everton and Roma have also been alerted about the 24-year-old who currently plays for French club Rennes. But? Brahimi has indicated he could be ready to quit Rennes to further his career.
The White Hart Lane club already have one of his Algerian World Cup compatriots in their squad in 19-year-old midfielder Nabil Bentaleb.
