Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy is ready to meet with Real Madrid officials over Gareth Bale's £87 million world record move.
The Daily Mail says Real president Florentino Perez sent his right-hand man Enrique Sanchez Gonzalez to Miami to hear Levy's final demands for Bale's record-busting move.
Spurs and Real have also agreed to a schedule that will involve a meeting between Levy and Perez, one of the most powerful figures in world football.
Real's financial situation is so complicated that Levy is demanding additional bank guarantees to be inserted into the contracts between the two clubs.
Tottenham are still locked in a major dispute with the Spanish club over the structure of the payments.
