Valencia striker Roberto Soldado is on the radar of Tottenham boss Andre Villas-Boas.

The Sun says after clinching an agreement for Corinthians midfielder Paulinho, Villas-Boas will switch his attention to his frontline, with Valencia's Roberto Soldado his top target.

Tottenham are ready to offer £15m - but the Spaniards want closer to £25m.

Valencia president Amadeo Salvo Lillo said: "We have suffered money problems but not so significantly that we will release players on the cheap."
