Tottenham boss Tim Sherwood is delighted with the impact of rookie midfielder Nabil Bentaleb.
Sherwood has shown the courage of his convictions by bringing 19-year-old Bentaleb into the first team picture.
Sherwood was aware of his ability from his work with the development squad and said: "I just felt I know what the boy is capable of doing.
"It was a question of whether he had the mental capacity to tick that box, and he has gone on from there.
"There will be times he needs a breather and the others need to go and do it. He is certainly one who will be barking at their heels - and if they don't perform he will be back in."
