Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp says you can never write-off Manchester United.

Sir Alex Ferguson's men are second, hot on the heels of their Manchester rivals City, who currently top the table by just two points.

"They've done fantastic again," Redknapp told the Spurs website. "People say Manchester United haven't played as well this season, but they are still right up there and you wouldn't write them off winning the league again.

"You can never write off that team or manager from winning anything.

"You know what you are in for when you play United. You have to be at your best if you are going to get a result. But we've got a big chance, they're a top team - but so are we."
