Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp is chasing Celtic pair Scott Brown and Aiden McGeady.
The Sunday Times says Tottenham have been in the market for a naturally left-sided winger for over two years. McGeady, 23, would offer Redknapp the option of switching to a classic left-winger, while providing cover for playmaker Luka Modric. Brown is a high-energy midfielder who is viewed as a replacement for the unsettled Jermaine Jenas.
Celtic are understood to value McGeady and Brown at about £10m each. The Scottish club's finances and recruitment plans are such that they could be persuaded to broker deals.
