Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp reckons Manchester City's title hopes will be over with defeat at Manchester United today.
Redknapp feels the onus is on Mancini to take his own side's place following heavy investment from City owner Sheikh Mansour.
"I suppose if someone said that there is £200 million to spend and then you never got in the top four, then that is the end of you, isn't it?" said Redknapp.
"We haven't spent massive money, but we're still right there again and have the chance of making the top four."
