Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp is ready to include Aaron Lennon in Sunday's FA Cup semifinal squad against Portsmouth.
The Mirror says Lennon has not played since December 28 and a persistent groin injury has left his World Cup hopes in the balance.
But Lennon, who turns 23 next week, has returned to full training and is hoping he may be fit for Tottenham's FA Cup semi final with Portsmouth on Sunday.
Lennon has an outside chance of being fit for that but is confident of definitely being ready for next Wednesday's north London derby with Arsenal.
Tottenham then face Chelsea and Manchester United in back-to-back games which may decide their fate in the chase for a Champions League place.
Tottenham may also risk captain Ledley King for either the FA Cup semi final or the north London derby as they desperately need some defensive back-up as Redknapp has also lost Jonathan Woodgate and Michael Dawson to injuries.
