Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp won't be moving for Portsmouth goalkeeper David James.
The Telegraph says Tottenham are refusing the comment but it is understood that Redknapp will keep faith with Brazilian Heurelho Gomes and Italian Carlo Cudicini, at least until the end of the season.
Gomes began the season as first choice but in only the second game of the season, at Hull, he damaged a groin muscle and has lost his place to Cudicini.
When Gomes was injured, Spurs recalled Ben Alnwick from a loan spell at League 1 Carlisle. He then signed former West Ham goalkeeper Jimmy Walker, available after being released, as cover.
