Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp rates Liverpool as top four challengers.

Redknapp wrote in his column for The Sun: "The Premier League is a lot tougher at the top now than it has been.
"Manchester City have taken the season by storm and with the money they have spent and the players in that squad, there's another new name in the Champions League frame.
"My Spurs team could not do it last year but we have every ambition to finish in the top four again this season, because we certainly enjoyed playing Champions League football last season.
"So the scene has changed a bit but I fully expect Liverpool to be challenging for a place in next season's competition this time around."
