Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp says Tom Huddlestone bottled his spotkick howler against Bolton Wanderers yesterday.
Spurs, who have now missed an amazing four of their six penalties this season, blew a golden chance to see off Bolton and clinch an FA Cup quarter-final spot.
Angry boss Redknapp said: "I need to find someone who can handle the pressure of putting it away from the spot.
"If we'd scored I think it would have been game over. But we have a habit of missing penalties at the moment and its becoming a bit disturbing."
Huddlestone's spot-kick - 18 minutes from time after Sam Ricketts handled a Peter Crouch flick - was saved by Jussi Jaaskelainen to leave the sides facing a fifth-round replay next week.
And the visiting bench were fuming as Huddlestone changed his style at the last minute.
Coach Joe Jordan said: "We have not been too lucky with penalties. Tom does it differently in training when he puts power into his spot-kicks.
"But today he tried to place it. But when a penalty is saved you have to credit the keeper."
