Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp was pleased with Peter Crouch's brace in their win at Blackburn Rovers.
The double took Crouch to eight goals in all competitions so far this season.
"He finished both well and it was great to see Peter weighing in with a couple of goals," Redknapp told the club's website.
"He works hard for the team and the other week when Jermain got his five goals (against Wigan) Peter only got one, so for him to score twice was good.
"He's worked unselfishly for the team, he's a good professional and when he's been left out of the team his attitude has been world class. He deserved those goals."
