Tottenham boss Redknapp plans hit by major injuries
Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp's plans have been hit by injury setbacks.
Redknapp’s plans for the new season have suffered more setbacks, with injury forcing William Gallas out of Tottenham’s pre-season tour and fears that Sandro could be out for three months, says the Daily Mail.
Gallas pulled a calf muscle in training this week and remained behind for treatment while the rest of the squad flew to South Africa on Wednesday night.
Ledley King, who had keyhole surgery on a knee earlier this week, has also stayed behind.
Sandro suffered cartilage damage to his left knee on duty with Brazil at the Copa America in Argentina this week.
Initial reports from the Brazilian camp suggested he may be out for four weeks but Spurs have been warned to prepare for a longer absence.
Sandro is expected to report to Tottenham’s training ground when he will be assessed by the club’s medical team before they decide if surgery is required to repair the injury.
A three-month absence would rule the influential midfielder out of Barclays Premier League games against Manchester United, Manchester City, Arsenal and Liverpool in what is a daunting start to the campaign for Spurs.

Here we go again !!! Injury hit and not buying anyone .We have needed a centre back for years and nothing is done .King always injured /Gallas injury prone/old.Bassong just isnt good enough .We leave is to Poor old Dawson to do it on his own .Sort it harry!!! Cahill ?? Samba??
