Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp is planning a bid for Portsmouth striker Peter Crouch.
The Daily Mail says Redknapp has his sights set on his former club Portsmouth and the talent of Crouch, who scored his seventh goal of the season in the draw against West Brom on Sunday.
Crouch began his career at White Hart Lane but was sold to Queens Park Rangers in July 2000 without having played for the first team. Portsmouth owner Alexandre Gaydamak has put the club up for sale and, while he insists no key players will leave Fratton Park, Redknapp hopes a bid of around £10m will be accepted.
