Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp doesn't believe English football needs the NFL's Rooney Rule.
Redknapp is against a Rooney Rule in English football.
The Spurs boss, who has black coaches Les Ferdinand and Chris Ramsey, said: "I don't agree with it because if ex-players are good enough, they will get a job.
"The game is full of more and more top-class black players. You can't tell me that because someone is black the chairman won't give them a job. Those sick days are over aren't they?
"I brought Les Ferdinand to work here. It would not enter my mind he is black. I've not brought him here as a token black man. He's here because I love him, he knows what he is talking about and is good at his job."
