Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp has laughed off the prospect of signing Manchester City rebel Carlos Tevez.

Tevez was the target of former club Corinthians in the summer, while Inter Milan were also linked with a £30million bid, but Redknapp is not interested in any attempt to sign the forward as his high salary is out of Tottenham's range.

The Spurs boss added: "He is a great player, but I can't condone what happened yesterday. It was unbelievable."
