Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp isn't surprised seeing Jose Mourinho succeeding with Real Madrid.
Redknapp got on well with Real manager Mourinho when he was at Chelsea and he has no doubt about the talent of the man who will occupy the opposing dug-out.
"You only have to look at his record in Portugal, England and Italy," said Redknapp.
"Now he is doing a good job at Real. He has a great knowledge of the game - you only have to ask Frank Lampard at Chelsea about that. He also inspires loyalty in his players. When he left Inter Milan, some of those players were in tears."
