Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp is eyeing AS Roma striker Mirko Vucinic. The Daily Express says Redknapp has made Vucinic his next January target after beating Chelsea to the signing of Steven Pienaar, the Everton midfielder.
Spurs have already enquired about taking Vucinic, 27, on loan with a view to a permanent move at the end of the season, but his current club Roma are keen to keep him.
Vucinic, a Montenegro international, is said to be unhappy at Roma, however, and the Italian club's financial situation could yet force them to sell. Tottenham would need to come up with a bid of at least £15m to land him.
