Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp admits Aaron Lennon's season is on the line.
Lennon has been ruled out for another six weeks following scans which revealed he has torn his groin again.
The England winger has not played since December 28 and the Spurs boss admitted: "Aaron is back to square one.
"Hopefully he won't need surgery - but if he does then it should have been done earlier on.
"The medical staff didn't feel surgery was necessary and went down the other route but we still haven't got him fit yet. He's a fantastic player, he's important to us and we need him back."
