Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp insists his reputation shouldn't depend on this season's finish.

Redknapp remains adamant that reaching the Champions League will not be a barometer for his standing as one of England's top managers.

He said: "If you miss out on the ­Champions League by one point or two points, does it make you a better manager? What can you do? You're either good or you're not good."
