Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp reckons he'd win the title if he had the money that is available to Manchester City counterpart Roberto Mancini.
Redknapp reckons he could be ruling the Premier League by now if he had Manchester City's dough.
He said: "If I could buy Tevez, it'd change things - you ain't got to be a genius really, have you?
Redknapp said last week he is proud he has not splashed crazy cash.
But he added: "I'm one of the lucky ones. I'm in the top six but I'm no cleverer than Roberto Martinez.
"It's not rocket science. If you do not have good players, you don't have a chance, I don't care who you are.
"If I haven't got the likes of Bale, Modric, Parker, Van Der Vaart, Adebayor, then I'm not half as clever." "I'd have been very close to winning the title, for sure, with those resources. Certainly you'd fancy your chances wouldn't you?"
