Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp is eyeing Genoa striker Rodrigo Palacio.

The Argentina international has won a return to the national squad after a three-year absence and was linked with Inter Milan in the summer.

Itasportpress says Palacio's form has attracted the attention of Redknapp, who is in the market for a new striker in January.

No formal contact has been made, though Palacio's camp is aware of Spurs' interest.
