Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp has confirmed more surgery for Ledley King is needed.

Redknapp revealed that King's operation would be delayed until next week - after he lost his passport.

Redknapp said: "He should have had his operation today. He could not make it. Why? It is a long story. (It's) next week now.

"He could not find his passport, so he could not fly out to have it done. He mislaid it. He was going to see a lady in Germany."
