Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp has confirmed interest in Ajax defender Jan Vertonghen.
Spurs are said to have opened talks with Ajax for the Belgian.
Redknapp said: "[Vertonghen] is a good player. We've watched him, but we haven't spoken to the club. A lot of clubs will be interested."
