Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp admits he needs to lift the confidence of goalkeeper Heurelho Gomes.
The Brazilian international - a £7.8m buy from PSV - has made a string of crazy decisions this season, rushing off his line and being caught out on crosses.
Redknapp admitted: "He needs a bit of confidence in his decision- making. He doesn't need to come for every ball.
"He is like David James when he went to Liverpool. He used to come rushing out thinking he had to get involved in every situation because they didn't have centre-halves who were dominant.
"But Gomes has Woodgate and King. He has to learn to play with those two now."
