Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp fears he's missed out on Chelsea winger Joe Cole.
The News of the World says Redknapp has other targets in mind, but fears he has lost out on Cole, also wanted by Arsenal.
His salary demands, in excess of £100,000 a week, are way out of Tottenham's budget for next season.
