Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp has concerns over the way opposition teams are targeting Gareth Bale.

Bale again copped a high tackle in victory over Wigan Athletic.

"It's almost like hacking Gareth down is the only way of stopping him, and if defenders keep doing that, then referees have to keep showing them yellow and red cards," said the Tottenham manager.

"That is the only way to deal with it."
