Tottenham boss Juande Ramos is chasing Almeria striker Alvaro Negredo.
The former Real Madrid Castilla centre-forward has scored 18 goals in 43 games for Almeria since his arrival last year.
Sport says Ramos has made Negredo a top transfer target for the January market as he desperately seeks to boost his flagging attack.
