Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino admits he's held a series of crisis meetings this week.
After a rare midweek off, boss Poch has reviewed every aspect of their performances on and off the field.
He said: “We have had time to be calm and analyse all that happened in the last month.
“When you are constantly playing and travelling it is difficult to be calm and stop.
“It's been a good opportunity to see the bigger picture.
“There has been a lot of individual and collective meetings. We looked at tactical decisions, behaviour, attitude and different things to try.
“It's been a very good week and we needed a week like this, a clear week to realise where we are going."
