Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino is taking a close look at unhappy Manchester United striker Danny Welbeck. The Mirror says Pochettino ran a personal check on Welbeck at MK Dons on Tuesday night.
Spurs are interested in the 23-year-old England striker, who has been told he can leave the Old Trafford giants.
The north Londoners, who have a long-standing interest in Welbeck, have had contact from clubs abroad about their £26million striker Roberto Soldado ahead of Monday's transfer deadline.
