Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino has called for changes to the transfer window.
Spurs sold Kyle Naughton yesterday to Swansea in a £5m deal, and there has been a lot of conjecture over the futures of fringe players such as Aaron Lennon and Paulinho.
"Yes it is difficult. Players pick up injuries and there are some that get a lot of interest from various clubs," he said.
"It is good for football fans but it doesn't help the head coach!
"In football it always happens and you have players who want to play more or aren't happy.
"We need to keep players focused on their games and not worry about speculation.
"Maybe it is better to have one window, so you can manage all situations for players.
"It's not an easy period and in the future, we should propose for change. This needs to be raised."
