Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino was a delighted man after his side defeated Monaco 4-1 to finish the top of their group in Europa League on Thursday night.
The Argentinean claims that his side's performance was the result of the philosophy he is trying to implement at White Hart Lane.
"I feel very happy and very proud that we showed today we have a strong squad," said Pochettino.
"A lot of the young players put in a very good performance.
"All the players worked very hard with the ball and without the ball, this is our whole philosophy."
Erik Lamela scored a hat-trick and Tom Carroll scored his first goal for Spurs as the North Londoners produced a commanding display at home against the visiting French outfit.
