Tottenham boss calm on Celtic's Forrest

Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp has played down claims he is set to make a move for Celtic young gun James Forrest.

The 20-year old winger has attracted interest from Spurs recently but Redknapp indicated that a winter move for his services are unlikely.

"He's a good player," Redknapp said. "We've not made any bids. If we did I would speak to Neil Lennon.

"He's a player we have watched but he belongs to Celtic.

"At the moment we're not in the market to really do anything. We're looking at a few options but nothing definite."
