Tottenham boss Andre Villas-Boas says he learned plenty from his time as manager of Chelsea.
Speculation he had lost support of key players, as well as a string of poor results, meant he lasted just nine months with the Blues.
He said: "Chelsea allowed me to understand there are some things I couldn't do. I had a direction I wanted the team to follow but I didn't find enough support to follow this direction. This experience has taught me a lot and now I do things differently."
