Tottenham boss Andre Villas-Boas is eyeing Benfica attacker Rodrigo Moreno.

The Daily Star Sunday says the White Hart Lane side sent scouts to watch the star at Guimaraes last weekend but the player did not even get on the bench.

Moreno, 22, is under contract until 2019 and has a £40m buy-out clause.

Villas-Boas knows the player well and admits he still watches matches in his own country.
