Tottenham boss Andre Villas-Boas understands Pep Guardiola snubbing Chelsea for Bayern Munich.

Guardiola committed to Bayern last week.

"Bayern are obviously one of the biggest clubs in the world with four Champions League trophies," AVB said.

"It is a great move for Guardiola, in my opinion, in the sense that he arrives at a club that is very, very well organised.

"The surrounding structures around the manager are outstanding, and there is complete support and stability.

"There are good players - including young ones coming through - money to invest and I think Guardiola can focus on what he does best, which is manage the first team."
