New Tottenham boss Andre Villas-Boas has taken fresh aim at Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich.
He also believes Abramovich surrounds himself with people looking for scapegoats and finished his attack by stressing he is now proud to be the manager of a club famous for playing attractive football.
Villas-Boas said: "It was important to come to a club with an owner who is involved on a daily basis with his knowledge.
"That is the main difference. The structure that is around Tottenham is extremely good. There are competent people in and around the football club. The club is driven towards success. Everybody knows they must play a part in achieving that success, they are not looking for scapegoats and I think when so many people are striving forward it makes your job easier.
"Since I have met the chairman here, I like the way he goes about his business. I think he is a person who knows what he is doing, approaches the market in a different way.
"He is a person of great football understanding and we can build something. Tottenham are also linked with great football in the past. It is something they have always valued highly. There is a wonderful history regarding attractive football and Bill Nicholson left all of these messages of playing good football and doing things in style, which I think meet what I want to achieve in the game."
