Tottenham boss Andre Villas-Boas admits he no longer speaks with Chelsea counterpart Jose Mourinho.

AVB claimed yesterday the rift occurred because The Special One snubbed his plea for a promotion at the San Siro, following seven years alongside each other at various clubs.

"I wanted further involvement for the job I was doing at that time, which was scouting and match preparation," said the 35-year-old.

"We had a great personal and professional relationship before that we don't have now.

"I don't lose any sleep (about it)."

Confirming they were not on speaking terms, Villa-Boas added: "Our relationship broke down to nothing."
