Tottenham are determined to boost their attack with a striker signing from Real Zaragoza.

The North Londoners have lined up talks with relegated Zaragoza over utility striker Sergio Garcia, 24, who is in Spain's Euro 2008 squad. But they have also been alerted to the 15 goals scored by Argentine Diego Milito.

Zaragoza want £13million for Garcia, who is also being linked to Valencia, but Spurs only want to pay £10m.

Milito, 28, is thought to be the better option. A Zaragoza insider told the News of the World: "He is the complete striker. Someone who could do really well in the Premier League."
