The former Arsenal and Real Madrid attacker has rebuilt his career and reputation with Atletico over the last 18 months.
AS says Tottenham and Blackburn Rovers have expressed interest in Reyes leading up to the January market.
And Liverpool could also be keen if they can find a buyer for Ryan Babel.
Atletico have made interested clubs aware they're willing to sell for £7.5 million.
