Tottenham has edged out Manchester United in the race for Turkish midfielder Cengiz Under, according to the Daily Star.
19-year old Under, who plays for Istanbul side Basaksehir, scored 7 goals from 31 appearances this season, while also gaining his first two international caps for Turkey.
The report suggests United sent scouts to watch the youngster earlier in the season, but Tottenham have since beaten them to Under's signature after agreeing a fee of £8m.
Atletico Madrid and Borussia have also been linked with Under.
