Tottenham are moving for PSV Eindhoven striker Ola Toivonen.
Voetbal International says the 26 year-old Sweden international is set to be sold this summer, with Spurs and Atletico Madrid heading the queue.
PSV expect negotiations to kickoff during the Euros.
