Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp is battling Arsenal in the race for Porto striker Radamel Falcao.
The Daily Star Sunday says Redknapp will miss out on taking Porto striker Falcao to White Hart Lane - unless Spurs can force their way into the Champions League again.
And that means the Tottenham boss may lose out to deadly north London rivals Arsenal, who are also eyeing the goal ace.
"Harry Redknapp has had Falcao watched lots of times and thinks he is the missing link in front of goal for Tottenham," said a source.
"But we know that the player has just enjoyed a great season domestically and in the Europa League and now he wants to step up and play in the Champions League."
