Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp is ready to bid for Stuttgart defender Serdar Tasci in January.
Itasportpress says Stuttgart have dropped their asking price from £12 million to £8 million ahead of the winter market.
Juventus and Rafa Benitez's Inter Milan are also keen on the Germany international.
Tasci is desperate to quit Stuttgart and has expressed an ambition of playing for Tottenham.
