Tottenham midfielder Dele Alli is not one to care about transfer rumours.

Whether it is about him or his teammates, Alli does not pay much attention to the reports that link Spurs players to bigger clubs.

He is just happy the squad is intact going into the new season, where they hope to achieve more than last season's top three finish.

"There's always rumours but all we can do is keep playing together, keep enjoying it and keep improving as a team," he said to the Evening Standard after Spurs won their first game of the season against Newcastle.

"We don't get caught up in what's going on around. Everyone is dedicated to Tottenham, everyone wants to help the team.

"For some people it might not be the right place or whatever and that's their decision, but all we can do is keep working hard."
